Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Industrial Assemblers and Line Wirers to join our team at our Delaware, Ohio facility. This location is renowned for manufacturing power products, and we are expanding our team to handle exciting, long-term projects. This role offers a career progression path with the potential for permanent placement.
Responsibilities
- Assemble large 30x50 foot electrical bins.
- Run various cables throughout the bins.
- Assemble parts and various electrical/mechanical components.
Essential Skills
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of drawings and prints.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Reliability and commitment to work extended hours as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction, carpentry, or auto mechanics.
- Experience with wiring/cabling and mechanical assembly.
- Familiarity with blueprints and drawings.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility with about 80 colleagues on the production floor. The regular shift is from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime. Employees working on the second shift receive a shift differential. The facility fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, ideal for growth and career development.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
