Warehouse Worker in Flower Mound, TX
Starting Pay Rate: $ 20.16 per hour
PLUS $1.00 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30PM-12:00AM

We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded Warehouse Worker to join our architectural coatings distribution team at The Pittsburgh Paints Co. You’ll perform a variety of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, shipping, and inventory management—all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities May Include
- Follow established procedures to safely unload various pallets, totes, drums, etc.
- Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
- Receive and put away inventory following established processes.
- Follow all dock and safety procedures associated with entering trailers.
- Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
- Assist with training other employees.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks.
- Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs routinely and up to 80 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to safely operate various material handling equipment, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stand-up and sit-down lift equipment.
- Ability to wear required protective gear, including gloves, safety glasses, bump hats, and other PPE, as needed.
- Must have proven experience operating handheld RF scanners in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Capability of working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Available to work overtime and some Saturdays.
- Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.

- Ability to pass a standard physical abilities test to ensure you can meet the physical demands of the job.
- Must successfully complete and pass a drug screening.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
