Job Overview

Medcenter seeks Medical Assistants (Asistenți Medicali) for their clinics and collection points. The role focuses on providing high-quality patient care, precise biological sample collection, and administrative support within a diagnostic and laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Biological Sample Collection: Performing venous and capillary punctures (blood collection) and collecting other biological samples for laboratory analysis.
• Patient Interaction: Welcoming patients, verifying identity, and explaining medical procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Clinical Support: Assisting physicians during consultations and specialized medical investigations across various specialties (General Medicine, Occupational Health, etc.).
• Administrative Tasks: Registering patient data and requested tests into the laboratory information system (LIS), managing medical files, and handling appointments.
• Safety and Compliance: Respecting internal protocols regarding hygiene, sterilization of instruments, and the management of medical waste.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring the proper functioning of medical equipment and maintaining an organized, stocked workspace.

Requirements (Candidate Profile)

• Technical Skills: Proven experience in blood collection (vacuum system) and medical procedures.
• Soft Skills: Empathy, professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills for data entry and medical software usage.
