The Opportunity
We are seeking a hunter and relationship-builder who thrives on creating opportunities, winning new accounts, and build long lasting relationship with municipalities and fire/sheriff and police departments. This role offers the option to join us as a full-time employee or as a 1099 independent contractor—a unique chance to grow with us while helping expand our existing New York market footprint.
You’ll be the driving force in building relationships with purchasing departments across local, county, and state government agencies, as well as police and sheriff departments. If you’re hungry, results-driven, and ready to dominate, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new business with agencies, municipalities, and law enforcement.
 - Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing contracts.
 - Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with purchasing decision-makers.
 - Develop strategic sales plans to expand agency adoption of our uniforms.
 - Represent the company at agency meetings, presentations, and industry events.
 - Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
 
What We’re Looking For
- A self-starter with relentless drive to succeed.
 - Highly personable and persuasive, with excellent relationship-building skills.
 - Strong networking ability to identify and build relationships with decision makers and proven results in competitive sales.
 - Experience with government procurement processes (local, county, state).
 - Background working with Police and Sheriff department purchasing highly preferred.
 - Ability to navigate complex purchasing cycles and influence decision-makers.
 - Motivated, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of a growing territory.
 
Ideal Candidate
- Has an outside sales background in uniforms or a related business segment selling to municipalities.
 - A retired law enforcement professional with strong existing connections is highly valued.
 
Compensation & Structure
- Full-time role available with competitive base and commission.
