Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Our client, a rapidly growing, internally managed real estate firm, is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and operational needs of their national portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage work orders from request to completion, including vendor selection, bid management, and final payment.
• Communicate effectively with contacts, vendors, and team members to define repair scopes.
• Oversee contractor scheduling, negotiations, and project completion with a focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and maintain organized, accurate records.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in project management, maintenance, or construction-related fields.
• Knowledge of construction, repairs, and building systems.
• Experience in scope development, contracting, and negotiations.
• Experience with the following skills is preferred: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and roofing
