A Personal Care Assistant is needed to support students with physical or medical needs in a school or childcare environment. Responsibilities include personal hygiene, feeding, mobility support, and observation to ensure safety and comfort.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in PCA, special education, or pediatric care preferred

Ability to follow care plans accurately

Strong communication and teamwork skills

CPR/First Aid certification a plus
Responsibilities:

Assist with feeding, toileting, hygiene, and daily routines

Support mobility and safe transfers

Follow individualized care plans and report changes in student condition

Collaborate with educators and therapists to implement care strategies

Document care and student progress
