Job Title: Assembler $17.50/hr
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Assembly team. As an assembler, you will be responsible for using hand and power tools, such as nail guns, screwdrivers, and drills, to construct signs or crates for the petroleum industry. This role involves manual labor and operating in a production setting on an assembly line.
Responsibilities
- Use hand and power tools, including nail guns, screwdrivers, and drills.
- Measure and cut materials using a tape measure.
- Perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs (over 50 lbs requires a team lift).
- Work within a team setting to complete assembly tasks.
- Build signs or crates from start to finish.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Experience with nail guns, tape measures, and drills.
- Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
- At least 1 year of general production experience.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and move around the facility.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift.

Work Environment
Work in a standard manufacturing facility that is non-climate controlled. The environment can be loud, and certain tasks may require earplugs. The current schedule is 1st shift, operating on overtime: 6AM-4:30PM Monday to Friday, 6AM-2:30PM on Saturdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
