Route Sales Delivery Representative
For over 46 years, Berry Coffee Company has proudly provided the Minnesota business community with premium coffee distribution and equipment maintenance services. We specialize in providing high-quality coffee, locally roasted private label products, break room supplies, food and beverage items, and comprehensive equipment installation and maintenance services.
Job Overview
A Route Sales Representative (RSR), delivers customer orders via a Company provided vehicle. The individual will possess excellent customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. Berry Coffee Company will provide full on the job training. You will have the passion for customer satisfaction and delighting our customers. We seek applicants who exhibit a positive demeanor and a solution-oriented approach to customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for loading/unloading vehicle to ensure inventory for delivery
· Maintain inventory on delivery vehicle
· Complete assigned deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction
· Ensure customers are properly and adequately stocked with products
· Excellent communication skills required with office staff, operations staff and management
· Ensure cleanliness of brewing equipment and related accessories
· Check in with customers regularly to build rapport and promote sales
· Perform weekly vehicle checks
· Maintain delivery territory to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
Qualifications
· Customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations and service.
· Excellent organization and time management skills.
· Great oral and written communication skills and comfortable performing basic mathematical functions.
· Proficient with technology (Tablets and software applications)
· Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
· Ability to lift 30-lbs or more on a regular basis and occasional lifting in excess of 45-lbs
· Ability to drive more than 60% of the time in all driving conditions.
· Ability to pass a Background Check.
