Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Landscaper position located in Fairfax, VA. The Landscaper will perform a variety of tasks, including lawn and garden maintenance, planting, trimming, pruning, and installing irrigation systems. Other responsibilities involve supporting landscape design projects and ensuring job sites are clean and safe. The role requires hands-on work outdoors in varying weather conditions, collaborating with team members while adhering to safety protocols and deadlines.
Qualifications
\t•\tPrior landscaping or lawn care experience preferred, but not required
\t•\tAbility to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) safely and efficiently
\t•\tStrong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
\t•\tPhysical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
\t•\tReliable transportation and punctuality
\t•\tAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a team
\t•\tValid driver’s license (preferred; required for crew leader roles)
\t•\tBasic knowledge of lawn maintenance, planting, and property upkeep is a plus
