• Prepare dining room for meal service including table setup and sanitation
• Serve meals and beverages to residents in a friendly and respectful manner
• Assist residents with menu selections and accommodate dietary needs when applicable
• Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming throughout service
• Clear tables, wash dishes, and assist with kitchen cleanup after meals
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
• Provide positive daily interaction and excellent customer service to residents and guests
• Work cooperatively with kitchen staff and other team members
• Assist residents as needed while promoting dignity and independence
• Report resident concerns or safety issues to management promptly
