Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential and/or commercial plumbing systems. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including water, sewer, gas, and drainage systems.
- Install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, water softeners, and other plumbing equipment.
- Perform maintenance and preventative service on plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers.
- Maintain accurate job documentation using ServiceTitan or company software.
- Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Work with apprentices and assist with training when needed.
Qualifications
- Current Journeyman Plumbing License.
- Residential service experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
