Are you passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and supporting dynamic recruiting teams? Join our North America Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce!
What You’ll Do:
As a vital member of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll support one of our North American plant operation regions by coordinating essential recruiting activities and ensuring a smooth, consistent hiring process. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Outreach Specialist to execute regional sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview scheduling, offer letters, background checks, and drug testing
- Maintain accuracy in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support and track outreach and sourcing efforts
- Help organize and execute local and regional hiring events
- Lead preboarding and onboarding activities to ensure a welcoming experience
- Assist with diversity and inclusion outreach initiatives
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in talent acquisition
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with consistent follow-through
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
- Experience with ATS platforms preferred
