Are you passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and supporting dynamic recruiting teams? Join our North America Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce!

What You’ll Do:

As a vital member of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll support one of our North American plant operation regions by coordinating essential recruiting activities and ensuring a smooth, consistent hiring process. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Outreach Specialist to execute regional sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, offer letters, background checks, and drug testing
  • Maintain accuracy in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support and track outreach and sourcing efforts
  • Help organize and execute local and regional hiring events
  • Lead preboarding and onboarding activities to ensure a welcoming experience
  • Assist with diversity and inclusion outreach initiatives

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in talent acquisition
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with consistent follow-through
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with ATS platforms preferred
