Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Appliance Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. This role is responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring safe handling of appliances, and coordinating shipping and receiving logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in warehouse operations, particularly in handling large or fragile items like appliances.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing appliances.
Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and safety.
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
Ensure proper handling and storage of appliances to prevent damage.
Coordinate with logistics, delivery teams, and service departments to schedule outbound shipments.
Enforce safety and compliance protocols within the warehouse.
Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain.
5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the appliance or retail industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory software and warehouse procedures.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Forklift certification preferred.
