Multiple positions are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists interested in making a difference in middle and elementary schools in the Emporia, KS area. There are both full-time and part-time opportunities, each offering a manageable caseload and the flexibility of onsite or hybrid work arrangements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Active Kansas SLP license (required)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
Position Highlights:
- Full-time Middle School SLP: Provide services to 45–50 students across two schools
- Full-time Elementary SLP: Support a caseload of 50–55 students at two locations
- Part-time Elementary SLP: Focus on a caseload of approximately 20 students
- Develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and offer direct speech-language therapy
- Work with a supportive team and participate actively in student progress monitoring and multidisciplinary meetings
- Open to both onsite and hybrid working models for increased flexibility
