Healthcare STAFFING CONSULTANT – DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary function is to source, recruit, and acquire top-notch Healthcare Professionals, for a diverse client-base. Recruiting and placing - entry-level healthcare positions, to Physicians and PA’s, we truly aspire to provide our clients with the best, and most qualified talent in the Healthcare Industry.
- Analyze client requirements against candidate qualifications and match talent to client’s needs.
- Identify and execute recruiting techniques for the healthcare industry, market, skillset and region.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to create effective strategies for attracting quality talent.
- Utilize online resources, such as social media, as well as traditional job placement sources, to find candidates.
- Employ alternate candidate sources such as cold calling, recruiting calls, referral recruiting and online social networking.
- Screen candidates to narrow the field for specific job openings.
- Forward the information of respective candidates to the appropriate hiring manager.
- Maintain accurate records on candidates and the processes followed.
- Construct and foster a network of contacts, both in and outside of the organization, useful in achieving work-related goals.
- Build rapport and develop interpersonal business relationships with clients, candidates and field colleagues.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years recent experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding a high-volume of quality candidates.
- Experience in the Staffing Industry and/or Agency Recruitment a HUGE plus!
- A strong understanding of roles and requirements in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to oversee and indirectly supervise a diverse workforce at multiple client locations.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly-competitive, deadline-oriented environment.
- Experience with an ATS, LinkedIn, and Job Boards.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
EDUCATION & ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times, sit for long periods and walk distances if needed.
