LOCATIONS: Jackson Hole, WY
This job is located in Jackson Hole, WY for a job during the 2026 summer/fall season at 5 star Luxury Hotel /Ski Resort. We are looking for multiple positions.
6 Line Cooks and Leads Level 1-3 $23- $30 per hour 2-5 years experience and Sous Chefs (negotiable hourly who have immediate availability and this job will start May 7-21, 2026 and run through late October 31st 2026
TRANSPORTATION: COMPLIMENTARY ROUND-TRIP AIRFARE AND LOCAL TRANSPORTATION...based on completion of assignment terms
HOUSING AVAILABLE: $89 PER WEEK by payroll deduction
OVERVIEW : We are looking for a seasonal travel over a dozen positions. Line Cooks and Sous Chefs. Banquet Prep, Overnight Breakfast.We provide roundtrip transportation to the client; housing costs are $89 per week by payroll deduction. Must be able to perform routine kitchen tasks in ultra fine dining environment, such as setting up workstations, labeling, and preparing food exactly as prescribed We seek individuals that are: professional, knowledgeable, with positive attitudes that follow instructions and health and safety rules in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will also be able to function in luxury culinary experience in high volume Chop House venue, super busy environment as a part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete the prep list
- Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
- Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.
- Undertake cooking duties on the Line: grill, fryer, sandwich stations
- Prepare dishes
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
- Dish wash and clean kitchen and equipment
SKILLS
- Proven experience as prep/line cook
- Proven experience Banquet Chef
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
- Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
- A team player with good communication skills
- Patients with an ability to stay positive under pressure
- Very good physical condition and endurance
- Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to carry 50lbs
