Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to executives by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other executive-level documents.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners on behalf of executives.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Screen and route incoming communications, including emails, calls, and requests, ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, transportation, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing updates, and ensuring deliverables are completed.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with onboarding tasks, special projects, and administrative process improvements as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and similar productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- High degree of professionalism and ability to interact with senior leadership.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs.
- Experience handling confidential information in a corporate environment.
Hours:
- 8:30am-5:00pm
- Monday through Friday

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
