We’re partnering with a well-established, mission-driven organization based in Portland, OR that’s looking for an HR Director to lead a high-performing team and help shape the future of HR strategy. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of $145,000–$160,000 plus an annual bonus, along with exceptional medical benefits, generous PTO, and a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your personal and professional well-being. As the Manager of HRBPs, you’ll lead a team of passionate HR professionals and serve as a key partner to senior leadership. Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of HR Business Partners supporting a diverse employee population

Partner with senior leaders to design and implement business-aligned HR strategies

Lead efforts around organizational design, talent planning, performance management, and employee engagement

Champion a people-first approach while fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and innovation

Serve as a coach and trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations and workforce development
Requirements:

7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years of direct leadership experience

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred

Demonstrated success in a strategic HRBP role supporting complex teams or business units

Strong communication, coaching, and change management skills

A collaborative leader who brings both empathy and business acumen to the table
Pay Details: $145,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
