Our firm is looking for an experienced legal billing specialist to join our team.
Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing billing processes in a defense litigation law firm ensuring compliance with client guidelines.
- Familiarity with Task Based management system for coding legal expenses; experience submitting invoices through third-party electronic billing portals; complying with client fee structures and billing guidelines; proficient in drafting, editing and finalizing monthly pre-bills for review; resolving discrepancies, accelerating collection; maintaining confidentiality regarding all client and firm financial matters. Experience the Aderant a plus.
