Your impact

• Configure and tool packaging lines for optimal throughput and smooth changeovers.
• Set, verify, and control process parameters in accordance with approved documentation.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical faults to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve packaging-related quality deviations.
• Increase efficiency, reduce material waste, and lift overall equipment effectiveness.
• Complete accurate machine logs and records that enable audits and continuous improvement.
• Coach operators on safe operation, proper techniques, and best practices.
• Support the Production Supervisor in maintaining cGMP, DEA, and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and operates within defined safeguards.
• Direct and approve line clearance activities to protect product integrity and compliance.
• Apply practical PLC and automation knowledge to improve control and reliability.
• Operate and maintain specialty equipment: inkjet printers (continuous and thermal), UV printers, blister packaging machines, bottle fillers, cartoners, and vision systems.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement and modernization opportunities.
• Assist with additional initiatives and assignments from the Director of Operations.
