This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and provide excellent support to clients. Responsibilities:
• Provide timely assistance to client requests by collaborating with remote team members.
• Sort and distribute mail for both onsite and virtual clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared kitchen and lounge areas.
• Restock vending machines and ensure supplies are readily available.
• Manage coffee supplies and equipment to meet client needs.
• Answer inbound calls and address inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing appointments.• Prior experience in administrative assistance or office support roles.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
