Job Description

The role involves overseeing the comprehensive medical care of patients under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director.

• Perform primary and urgent care treatments within licensing scope and coordinate patient care with medical leadership.
• Supervise mid-level providers and nursing staff, ensuring quality and adherence to policies.
• Maintain availability for on-call duties and participate in quality assurance activities like chart reviews.
• Contribute to policy development, budget management, and process improvements.
• Stay current with medical practices through continuing education.
• Attend meetings and perform other assigned duties.

  Work occurs in an air-conditioned environment with daily patient contact, requiring light lifting and standing.

• Minimum qualifications include demonstrated primary care experience, effective communication skills, ACLS certification, and current license in Arizona.

• Requires in-person work in Arizona City, AZ, with willingness to travel up to 25% and relocation before starting.
