Job DescriptionPosition Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated position based in Hot Springs, AR. This role offers consistent freight, steady miles, and reliable weekly home time with a predictable schedule.

Drivers will haul preloaded freight across multiple states with minimal physical workload.

Route & Freight Details

• Regional runs across most of the U.S. (excluding the Northwest)
• Common states include:
  • AR, TX, OK, TN, GA, FL, IL, OH, PA, VA, and more
• Average:
  • ~2,100 miles per week
  • 2–4 stops per week
• Freight includes:
  • Bottled water and glass products
• 100% no-touch freight
• Mostly:
  • Live load at origin
  • Drop at destination
• Occasional backhaul loads (~5%)

Schedule & Shift Options

• Weekly home time (34-hour reset)
• Schedule options:
  • Sunday – Thursday
  • Tuesday – Saturday
• Start time window:
  • 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Typical shift:
  • 12–14 hours

Pay & Compensation

• Avg Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,500
• Avg Annual Pay: $68,000 – $78,000

Mileage Pay:

• $0.48 – $0.51 CPM

Additional Pay:

• $20 stop pay (avg 2–4 stops/week)
• Training Pay: $200/day for 3 days

Equipment & Work Setup

• Automatic sleeper trucks (Freightliner & International)
• 53' dry van trailers
• Possibility to take truck home (based on location)
• Passengers and pets allowed (with approval)

Work Environment

• Mostly no-touch freight = low physical demand
• Consistent, repeatable freight lanes
• Rarely may assist on other freight if needed

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
• No endorsements required
• Must be able to work:
  • Early morning start times
  • Full scheduled week
