Job DescriptionAdministrative Assistant - (Mission Valley, San Diego)
A well-established law firm in Mission Valley is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional environment and enjoys supporting a busy legal office. The pay range for this position is between $27 and $29 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, reports, and filings
- Maintain and organize client files, both electronic and hard copy
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet clients, and manage office communications
- Assist with billing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Coordinate mail distribution, scanning, and document archiving
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative or office experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Working Hours:
- Full-time
- Onsite
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00am - 5:00pm PST

- Compensation: $27.00- $29.00 per hour DOE
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a collaborative environment and opportunities for growth within the firm. Compensation is based on experience.
