Responsibilities:

<li>Communicate with Contractor directly and allocate resources for assigned projects</li>
<li>Supervise subcontractors and crews</li>
<li>Ensure quality control and jobsite cleanliness</li>
<li>Communicate with homeowners and clients professionally</li>
<li>Track project timelines and materials</li>
<li>Document progress with photos</li>
<li>Ensure saftey standards are followed</li>
<li>Problem solve on-site issues effectively</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in construction management or other related fields (willing to train the right canidate)</li>
<li>Detail orientated</li>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Professional appearance and attitude</li>
