• 19:00 – 07:00
• Every other weekend and some holidays required

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The ideal candidate will have strong critical care skills and experience managing complex pediatric patients in a high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the PICU setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill pediatric patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of recent PICU experience
• Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center or similar facility
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – New York State
• BLS certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Clean professional record and compliance with all employment requirements
