We're looking for two experienced Patient Service Representatives to join a mission-driven outpatient practice where your skills in registration, scheduling, and patient support will directly impact the care experience. salary: $22 - $22.17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients, perform check-in and registration duties, and ensure all required information is accurate
- Collect and process co-payments, deductibles, and other payments at the time of service
- Schedule appointments and respond to phone inquiries in a professional, courteous manner
- Complete end-of-day reconciliation of schedules and payments
- Maintain patient confidentiality, safety, and infection control practices
Qualifications
- Proficiency with computer scheduling systems and medical office procedures
- strong understanding of medical terminology and insurance/referral processes
- At least 2 years of experience in a physician’s office setting
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
