Family Nurse Practitioner – Lexington SC
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time (32–40 hours/week)
Schedule: Rotating schedule, including every other weekend
Pay Rate: $78.50 an hour

Seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)* to join our clinical care team in Lexington SC This position offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care while collaborating closely with a dedicated healthcare team. You will manage your own panel of patients and contribute to improving outcomes through diagnosis, treatment, chronic care management, and health counseling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centered primary care: assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling
  • Manage chronic and acute conditions for patients across all age groups
  • Conduct routine physicals, health screenings, and wellness visits
  • Educate patients on preventive health, lifestyle, and behavior change
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to coordinate care
  • Perform clinic operations: open/close clinic, inventory, insurance verification, and payment collection
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment

Required:

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
  • Active and unrestricted FNP license in the state of
  • Current National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
  • DEA registration (or in process at time of offer)
  • High school diploma or GED (verifiable)
  • COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)

Clinic Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Schedule includes every other weekend and potential holiday rotations.
