As a Physical Therapist within our organization, you will be instrumental in assisting patients to restore their functionality, independence, and overall quality of life through empathetic, evidence-driven rehabilitation services. Operating in the Healthcare & Medical Services division, your role will involve assessing patients with diverse diagnoses, crafting personalized treatment strategies, and implementing expert physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, pain relief, and functional training.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and establish measurable objectives in partnership with patients, their families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Regularly monitor and reassess patient progress to modify care plans as needed.
- Engage in therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, neuromuscular re-education, and balance and fall-prevention initiatives.
- Provide education to patients and caregivers, and facilitate discharge planning to ensure safe transitions between care environments.
