Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a specialization in Hand Surgery to become a part of our vibrant and expanding team. This role provides a unique chance to thrive in a supportive, faith-oriented academic setting that prioritizes teaching and mentorship.
Position Highlights:
- Join a bustling practice featuring over 16 orthopedic surgeons and 4 physician assistants.
- Play an active role in the education of 25 orthopedic surgery residents and 2 hand fellows.
- Participate in a collaborative atmosphere that emphasizes patient care, research, and educational initiatives.
- Faculty members may be eligible for federal student loan forgiveness programs.

Compensation & Benefits:
Expected Total Annual Compensation: $450,000 - $550,000
The compensation range mentioned above includes variable components and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is adjusted according to experience and faculty rank, is anticipated to be between $405,000 - $495,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
