Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tree Sales Manager to join our team. This role blends sales and client relations with tree and landscape knowledge. The ideal candidate will not only understand tree care and placement but also leverage existing industry connections to generate new business opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field with customers, can consult on tree health and placement, and enjoys driving revenue growth through relationship-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships with residential and commercial customers.
- Leverage industry connections to bring in new sales and expand market presence.
- Oversee large-scale installations and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Provide expert consultation on native Texas trees, disease/fungal treatment, and long-term maintenance plans.
- Support marketing efforts with industry insights and networking.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in tree care, landscaping, or nursery operations.
- Strong knowledge of native Texas trees, propagation, and disease management.
- Proven ability to generate sales and manage client relationships.
- Established network within the nursery/landscape industry.
- Excellent communication and consultation skills.
- Must reside within 40–50 miles of Brenham, TX.
