The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within our Regional Float Pool delivers personalized nursing care to adult and elderly patients across various hospital facilities during night shifts. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a range of clinical settings while ensuring compliance with state licensure and certification requirements. Status: Full-Time
Shift: Nights
Incentives:
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
- No Contract Required
- Base Pay: Based on Experience
- PLUS Regional Float Pool Perks AND Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $3.75 for Nights, $1.50 for Weekends

Qualifications:
- Required Education:
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensure:
- Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Experience:
- One year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg roles
- For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside LPN experience is required.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic
- Certifications (Required to Start):
- For Med/Surg: BLS
- For Critical Care: BLS, ACLS
- For Emergency Department: BLS, ACLS, & PALS
- IV certification is mandatory
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand/walk for most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and lifting/turning patients with assistance; ability to push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
