Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales through in-person, phone, email, and social media outreach
- Greet potential clients and walk-ins, provide studio tours, and present membership options
- Follow up with leads and manage prospects through the sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed monthly membership and sales goals
- Provide a welcoming, exceptional experience for all members and guests
- Address and resolve member concerns or escalate issues to management when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk, retail area, and studio space
- Assist with daily cleaning and operational tasks before, during, and after shifts
