Job Title: Congress Planning Portfolio Strategy Manager
Location: 50% onsite at Princeton Pike, NJ 08648
Duration: 06+ Months (Extendable)
Pay Rate: $60.00 - 65.82/hr on W2
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Top Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree required; advanced scientific or business degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, MS, MBA) preferred.
o Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech medical affairs, portfolio strategy, or commercialization with exposure to cell therapy or specialty therapeutics.
o Strong project management skills in a complex, matrixed environment.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across functions.
o Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate effectively amid ambiguity.
o Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
Summary:
This role serves as a strategic and operational portfolio partner supporting Worldwide Cell Therapy Medical Strategy. The position focuses on planning, execution, and governance of prioritized global cell therapy congresses. The role partners closely with medical leads and cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful congress strategy, innovative planning solutions, and consistent congress pull-through.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with Cell therapy cross functional team to drive global cell therapy congress strategy and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Congress Excellence, Commercial, Competitive Intelligence, Professional Societies, and Patient Advocacy.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans across portfolio workstreams.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, accruals, and variance tracking in partnership with Medical and Finance leads.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and consistency across the global medical organization.
• Support leadership team meetings and pre- and post- congress deliverables.
Qualifications:
