Role Description
We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner who's excited to build a practice within an established, collaborative team of therapists and a PMHNP. We have several strong referral sources and receive new referrals weekly — the need is here!
This is a build-up to a full-time, on-site, with telehealth option role. The NP will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with mental health conditions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, prescribing medication, and providing ongoing evidence-based, compassionate patient care. The role is encouraged to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and maintain accurate patient records.
Ideal Candidate
- Kansas Licensed PMHNP or NP with a strong MH background with active prescriptive authority
- Master's level degree or higher
- Values connection and collaboration with therapists and other providers
- Naturally compassionate and patient-centered
- Whole patient focused- body, mind, family, and community
- Interested in long-term growth within a supportive, established practice
