We are looking for a dedicated Customer Account Coordinator/Order Entry Specialist to join our team in Knightstown, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing and providing exceptional support to customers. This position is offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team within the manufacturing division.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all details are entered into the system.
- Collect payments for orders prior to shipment and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor and update backorders while coordinating with production and the sales team to meet customer needs.
- Maintain and track offsite inventory assets using an organized logging system.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and detail-oriented assistance.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Utilize Shopify and company systems to manage and track orders and inventory.
- Ensure effective communication with customers and internal teams to uphold service excellence.
- Assist in preparing invoices and organizing paperwork for streamlined operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–5 years in customer service, data entry, or account coordination (experience in the manufacturing industry preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with HubSpot, Shopify, or Global Shop is a plus).
- Organizational Abilities: Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail Orientation: Focused on accuracy in data entry and order processing to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Collaboration: Capable of working independently while fostering collaboration across departments.
