ASM Music Schools is seeking a flexible and detailed-oriented Operations Manager to support financial and operational tasks in a creative, child-focused music school environment.
Responsibilities include:
Bank and credit card reconciliation
Profit & Loss statements
Payroll and sales tax
Special projects and general operations support across the school
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Quickbook Online
Proficiency on Excell
Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills
Manage multiple tasks independently
Ideal Candidate:
Flexible and willing to take on projects outside stated responsibilities
Proactive problem solver
Comfortable working in an environment with children
