Job DescriptionAccounts Receivable (AR) Specialist - Temp to Hire Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay: $20-$23/hour Schedule: Full?Time | Temp?to?Hire A growing healthcare organization in Phoenix is seeking an experienced AR Specialist to join their revenue cycle team. This is a temp?to?hire opportunity with long?term potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage insurance and patient accounts receivable
  • Research and resolve denied or underpaid claims
  • Post payments, adjustments, and reconciliations
  • Follow up with insurance carriers on outstanding balances
  • Ensure compliance with billing and coding guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Healthcare AR or billing experience required
  • Familiarity with insurance payers and claim workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and follow?up skills
  • Experience with EHR/PM systems preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
