Family Nurse Practitioner—Syracuse, NY area
COMPENSATION: $130K-$140K BASE
We are looking for a full-time relationship-centered family Nurse Practitioner to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic 5 minutes to Syracuse, NY.
We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, occupational medicine and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and increased overall health outcomes
Role:
• Compensation: $130k-$140k base
• Position: Family Nurse Practitioner
• Solo provider site with 1 MA
• Start date: Go Live January 15, 2025
• Hours: • Mon / Fri: 7am – 4pm (lunch 12-1), Tues / Thurs: 8am – 5pm (lunch 12-1), Weds: 10am – 7pm (lunch 2-3)
• Patient base: 3-500 employees plus dependent coverage
• Ages 3 and up
• Heavy chronic disease management and some occupational medicine

• Adoption: same as maternity and paternity leave

- Clear/ Active license in state of employment
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active DEA License
- Ideally with at least 2 years’ experience in family medicine or internal medicine
