Clark Resources is currently seeking qualified Bilingual Call Center Representatives for an upcoming project. The role involves managing a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls with the goal of delivering a positive customer experience characterized by courtesy and professionalism. Representatives will actively listen to clients to understand the purpose of their call, address all questions, and provide accurate, efficient responses. Communication will be conducted via web-based tools and telephone. Proficiency in typing, grammar, and documentation within various computer applications is required.

Job Details:

- Full-time, Contract position

- Benefits include dental, health, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid time off

- Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

- In-office training may be required

Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

- Call center experience: 1 year (preferred)
