Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available from March 11th through June 4th, focused on early childhood support within a school setting in Cohasset, MN. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are licensed through PELSB and eager to contribute their expertise to a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech therapy services primarily to early childhood students, addressing various communication needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize teletherapy methods when appropriate to support student progress.
  • Participate in ongoing assessments and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
  • Support language development and communication skills in alignment with educational goals.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • PELSB licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy within school settings.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for working with young children and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge and use of Speech-Language Pathology - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) credentials is a plus.
