Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients cardiac status using telemetry equipment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital protocols.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and valid RN license.
- Proven experience in telemetry nursing or related telemetry unit.
- Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and patient vital signs.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
