Job Description
San Antonio Voice and ENT Institute, PLLC in San Antonio, TX is looking for one part-time medical/surgical assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate should be polite attentive, punctual, reliable and hard-working and have 3-6 months of experience.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Set up and sanitize of exam rooms</li>
<li>Complete basic routine medical history</li>
<li>Prepare patient charts</li>
<li>Take Vital signs.</li>
<li>Have knowledge and preferably some experience helping the physician in doing office procedures.</li>
<li>Knowledge regarding medications prior authorizations and refill requests.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience working in a medical field</li>
<li>Familiarity working with medical equipment</li>
<li>High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills</li>
<li>Certifications and licenses that apply</li>
<li>Should be Bilingual and Fluent in speaking Spanish.</li>
