Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a professional, fast-paced environment located in Princeton, NJ. This temporary role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels at multitasking, communication, and administrative coordination. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Assist with onboarding tasks, departmental projects, and special assignments as needed
- Maintain accurate files, records, and confidential information
- Coordinate meetings, reserve conference rooms, and prepare meeting materials
- Support invoice processing, expense reporting, and basic budgeting tasks
- Serve as a point of contact for staff, visitors, and external stakeholders
- Assist with maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Perform other administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or departments preferred
- Professionalism, discretion, and reliability are essential

- Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite in Princeton, NJ and 1 day remote per week
