$16 - 19 Depending on Experience
What You'll Do:

Review prescriptions and assist patients in selecting eyewear that fits both their medical needs and personal style.

Provide thoughtful, honest guidance on frame selection to ensure each patient feels confident and satisfied.

Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering personalized, high-quality customer service.

Manage and maintain an organized inventory of frames and lenses.

Perform adjustments and minor repairs on eyewear, offering personalized service that leaves a lasting impression.

Collaborate with physicians to clarify prescriptions and address any vision-related concerns.
What We’re Looking For:

0–3 years of experience (Optical experience is a plus—but our client is happy to train the right candidate!)

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A coachable, motivated mindset and willingness to grow in the optical field

Flexibility to adapt to shifting patient needs and office priorities

Professional phone etiquette and a warm, friendly demeanor
