Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide essential services in an educational setting in Naperville, IL. This contract position spans the full semester, offering the chance to make a significant impact on students' lives from August 1, 2025, until the end of the school year.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working with K-8 students, particularly in school settings
  • Strong understanding of special education regulations and best practices
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with diverse populations and various diagnoses

Location:
Naperville, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students across multiple school sites
  • Assess student needs and develop tailored therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
  • Deliver both direct and consultative services, managing a caseload of 52 students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations
