What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee clinical programming within a center
- Mentor and support a team of BCBAs
- Partner with operations on staffing and center performance
- Track clinical outcomes and drive improvements
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, etc.)
- Support families and ensure high-quality care
What You’ll Bring
- BCBA certification
- 3+ years of BCBA experience
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Leadership or supervision experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
