Home Care CNA

$18.50-$22.00/hour (DOE)

At SummitWest Care, you'll care for one client at a time in the comfort of their home, instead of juggling multiple patients or residents in a busy facility.

What You'll Do
Every client's care is customized to their needs, but common responsibilities are:
- Personal care assistance
- Mobility and transfer support
- Monitoring and reporting client changes
- Light housekeeping and homemaking support
We follow individualized care plans to best help client remain safe and independent at home.
What We're Looking For
- Active Colorado CNA certification
- Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and driver's license
- Compassion, dependability, and professionalism
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the care team
Home health, long-term care, assisted living, hospice, and related experience are all welcome, but not required.
