Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
- Experience providing PT services in schools preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and the special education process
- Collaborative communication style for working with students, parents, and educators
- Ability to adapt treatment plans to individual student needs
- Sound organizational skills and effective time management
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments and evaluations to determine PT needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative PT services within school environments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Educate staff and families on best practices to reinforce therapy strategies at home and in the classroom
- Support safe student mobility and promote participation in academic and extracurricular activities
