About the Role
Are you hands‑on, detail‑driven, and eager to build a career in aerospace manufacturing? As a Production Associate, you’ll receive comprehensive on‑the‑job training across multiple departments, gaining exposure to a wide range of manufacturing processes. You’ll play a key role in producing precision aerospace components that meet the highest quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do
- Operate hand tools and power tools to support daily production activities
- Inspect components to ensure strict quality and safety requirements are met
- Assist with assembly, packing, loading, shipping, and receiving operations
- Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve production issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area
- Collaborate with team members across departments to meet production goals

- General labor or production experience
- Comfort working in a physically active environment
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
- Experience operating machines, hand tools, and power tools

- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Lyme, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
